Description & Care
Hoya lacunosa ‘Laos Full Splash’ is a standout, heavily splashy form of the classic lacunosa species. Its small, elongated leaves are coated in bright silver, and this particular variety is known for dramatic sunstress color changes—shifting into warm tones and deeper hues under stronger light. The combination of silver splash and multi-toned sunstress makes this one of the most visually dynamic lacunosa forms available.
Like all lacunosa varieties, it’s also loved for its fragrant cluster blooms, which return each season on persistent peduncles once the plant is mature.
Light: Bright, indirect light to enhance splash and encourage colorful sunstress. Avoid harsh, direct midday sun.
Water: Allow the top layer of soil to dry between waterings. Avoid overwatering.
Humidity: Prefers 50–70% humidity but adapts well to typical indoor conditions.
Temperature: Thrives at 65–85°F. Protect from drafts and cold windowsills.
Growth: Compact to moderate grower with splashy, color-shifting foliage.
Flowers: Produces fragrant cluster blooms on long-lived peduncles; do not remove peduncles after flowering.
Care Level: Easy.
