🌿 Plant Care & General Questions

How do I know which plant is right for me?

Each product listing includes care level, light needs, watering habits, and difficulty. If you’re new to plants, look for “easy-care” or “beginner-friendly” tags.

Do the plants come potted?

Most plants ship in their nursery pots unless noted otherwise. Select premium plants may include decorative planters as an optional add-on.

Are the plants safe for pets?

Some plants can be toxic if ingested by pets. We recommend checking reputable sources or consulting your vet if you have concerns.


📦 Ordering, Shipping & Packaging

How are plants packaged for shipping?

Each plant is carefully wrapped in protective paper, padding, and insulation to keep it safe during transit. Boxes are packed snugly to prevent shifting or damage.

Do you offer heat packs or cold protection?

Yes. Heat packs/cold packs are automatically suggested at checkout during extreme temperatures. We recommend adding one if your area drops below 40°F.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Transit time is typically 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

What if my package is delayed?

Carrier or weather delays are outside our control, but our packaging is designed to withstand normal transit times. If your plant arrives with issues, contact us.


🌱 Plant Health & Arrivals

My plant looks a little droopy after arriving — is that normal?

Yes. Shipping can be stressful. Plants may look tired or wilted for a few days. Avoid repotting and give them time to acclimate.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We’re here to help — but timing matters. Contact us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box, plant, and any damage. We’ll review the situation and work with you on a solution.

A leaf dropped in transit — should I worry?

Minor cosmetic damage or a single lost leaf is normal and does not affect long-term health.

Should I repot my plant right away?

No. Allow your plant to acclimate for 1–2 weeks before repotting.


💳 Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellations once an order is placed.
Because plants are living items and shipping is time-sensitive, all orders are final immediately at checkout.

Do you accept returns on plants?

No. Because plants are perishable, we do not accept returns.
If your plant arrives with issues, contact us within the 4-hour window and we’ll assist.

Can I return apparel, gifts, or home items?

Yes — unworn, unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, and other standard Shopify payment options.
